Events| Ladies that Lead Tour Dallas

Hey FitHair Crew!
The Fall is creeping up on us so quickly. Whenever there is a change in seasons I often do a quick cleanse, regroup and plan for the new season. For the Fall, I am planning to focus on expanding on being an entrepreneur and women businesses as well as kick my half marathon training up a bit.
In my search for women entrepreneurship events, I found the BOSS Network. BOSS is an acronym for “Bringing Out Successful Sisters,.” The Network’s mission is to promote and encourage the small business spirit and career development of women. It’s an online community of professional and entrepreneurial women who support each other through conversation, online and event-based networking.
After searching  on the site, I lucked out and saw they are having a tour, which has a stop in my hometown Dallas. The “Ladies That Lead: An Evening with Michelle Williams,” is a multi-city event highlighting influential women of color who can inspire other women by sharing their success strategies. I immediately grabbed a ticket and will be attending. I figured it would be great to pass along this information as some of you might be needing some inspiration as well.  Hope to see you all there!

The Event: Hosted by Cameka Smith of The BOSS Network, the “Ladies That Lead Tour” featuring Michelle Williams and honoring Cora Jakes Coleman will give networking tips and tools for women of color to excel in business.
